I’m a bit sad that that this year is the first year I’ve heard of this film festival. I’m a sucker for found footage films. It seems at times that there are more bad films than good ones, but I’m sure I have friends who would tell me otherwise. It’s just some of the ones we get to see have the big wide releases might be either lackluster, or most people just avoid it. For example, Unfriended: Dark Web (which does count as a found footage film) absolutely rules.

But! Back to the festival, I was asked if I wanted to attend this years virtual festival, and I couldn’t have been more excited when I got that initial e-mail.
