I first heard of Luca Guadagnino with 2016’s A Bigger Splash, a film that has been on my radar but still sadly hasn’t seen (will fix soon). His next two films hit me like bricks – Call Me By Your Name and Suspiria (the remake is the superior version, and I will die on this hill). Since Call Me By Your Name, Luca’s name has been everywhere including a Lord of The Flies adaptation, and also the Scarface film that the Coen Bros wrote. On top of that, he also co-wrote and directed 8 episodes for HBO. I’ve seen four of the eight episodes, and I am absolutely head over heels for his latest project.

It is finally here.
Or rather, It is finally here. Whichever is right, let’s go with that.
Trailer Week ™ continues!
Also, this is the second trailer to drop today that happens to be a second trailer for their respective film. Or sort of. The last trailer for It was its teaser. This time it seems to be its final trailer. Which is a great choice to not have another one. We don’t need to see more trailers, we just need the film released.
I’m ready to be terrified, are you? Let’s watch the trailer now.
Here it finally is.
I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time. The first film came and knocked us all off of our feet in the best way possible. I remember when watching it in theatres being terrified as the film began and couldn’t wait for it to end so I can breathe again. But after that, I’ve seen the film nearly a dozen times and I tend to love it more and more. The cast is back and the adults who are cast are perfect choices (written before witnessing the trailer and the film, of course).
Here it is, finally.
